Well 'Sanctuary States' openly defy and ignore enforcement of immigration laws, no reason other states can't do that with gun laws:great:.

I hope it becomes state law. Seems like the feds would have to test it in SCOTUS, so it could reveal whether states rights has a pulse.

It's 2014 stuff so we should know by now.

Couldn't find a direct reference to that item, closest I could come was this so I don't know.

I believe the bill is still being debated.

Anyone else have anything ?

From the first article.

Can you imagine if other states follow suit? It would spell the death of gun control in red states, at the very least, if not a step toward political Balkanization. Blue voters would leave red states for those states which prefer heavy-handed federal regulations, and red voters in blue states would have less incentive to continue having their rights treated as privileges. We’ll see if they can get it approved by Missouri’s Governor this time.

Add Missouri to the list of states people fed-up with the 'blue-goo' can move to.

As far as it passing Scotus, they would simultaneously outlaw California refusing to help the fed enforcing immigration law with the same stroke of the pen.
Yeah, that's not gonna happen; even with liberal judges.

They saw the handwriting on the wall years ago in the 'blue' northeast.
It [gun rights] was going downhill fast up there and gaining speed.
Missouri was clearly going uphill and they picked it for the new service/distribution center in 2016.
Massachusetts will probably say "good riddance" just like New York did watching their gun companies leave.
New York can make a good living with thousands of workers in an ad company just thinking up: "free free, free, free".:sicko:
(which is a little ironic coming out of a socialist state that is losing it's evil rich-people in droves that pay 67% of their tax revenue:bang Head:)
