Large tenderloin sandwich, home fries, orange, coffee.
Tenderloin large enough, I cut it in fourths and ate on it for 4 days.

I dothat with hubbys steaks and burgers,then share it with him later next day. I don't like real thick burgers.He says " you say you on't like meat then grab the biggest steak,seems he'd learn by now when he is eating a steak sandwich next day with most of the meat on it.

Tonight it was pizza.
 
Tonight was a T-bone steak with garlic mashed potatoes. Tried a new was to cook a steak tonight I saw on tv. Alton Brown did a "reverse sear" pan seared steak.

I salted the steak liberally and rested it in the fridge since last night. I set the oven to 200 degrees and cooked the steak on a rack until it reached 120 degrees internally, about 35 minutes. I then let it rest on the counter for about 10min.

While it rested I heated a cast iron skillet to 600 degrees on the stove. Then I seared each side of the steak for exactly 1 minute.

It turned out a perfect medium rare with a yummy crust. This is the only way I'm ever going to cook steak in the house from here on out.

Doughnut holes and air balls! Some black coffee on the side.
It has been a bad couple of days but at least I know I am alive!
I will get back on top of it tomorrow and get busy again.

Air balls are just air, in spherical shapes. Doughnut holes aren't the plugs they take out of the middle of a doughnut it is the hole left behind.
It just means I am not eating tonight. Too hard to move.

I was sitting here snacking on trick or treat size 2.5 ounce of cheese balls.
 
Good for you! No need to be sorry, I'm not. I sometimes have days that I just have to give in to the pain. You know let it out and examine it, see it for what it really is and then I can put it back in that little box and ignore it for a while.
The other alternative is drugs but that kleeps me from feeling life too and that is too high a price to pay.
