740 feet of footings set up for a 7am pour. I think we will get rained out though.

Nice!

I have to confess that many times I have thought about my project in the context of what you are doing.

Channeling the musical Tommy

I give my crown to to him.
How do you think he does it

@hashbrown How are you able to get materials? In Iowa you can hardly find lumber and roofing material is like finding a sasquatch. One of my church friends is a roofer, both steel and asphalt. Last fall he and his wife bought 4 suppliers out of their inventory. (They own a lumberyard also, so they have connections.) They're just about the only small contractors around who can keep working continuously now. He is booked over a year out and won't take new jobs. And you have to choose your roof from what he's got in his stockpile.

Your stuff looks great. Keep up the good work...

@Spikedriver I buy so much that the suppliers keep me going. The prices I'm paying for materials are unbelievable and even more unbelievable that people aren't batting an eye about the price of my units. I've raised prices 50 to 70k across the board and have 23 units presold. I don't get whats going on.

Same thing with son in law,he can't build fast enough. But he is having trouble lately with materals, but his is in a large metropolitan area near Atlanta.

We finished up belting and did a pre slab termite treatment this after noon. In the morning we will do underslab electric, plastic and reinforcing wire . I had concrete set up for Wednesday but looks like rain will push it to Friday.

You get to play with some really cool tools and gear that I would pull up a lawn chair to watch in operation.

At the scale I iperate we are happy to have a hand cranked load-handler on the back of the pickup and a DR powerwagon.

Most of my life I did things the hardest way possible but after I have got older I have found out that there is some technology that saves time and effort which means profit for us.

That's good you can get materials. We are still waiting for garage replacement windows our builder ordered months and months ago. Our add on is pretty much complete, except for the paint. Still waiting for a generac that was ordered months and months ago.

I'm ordering things months ahead so we can keep building moving forward.
