According to my bathroom scale, I weighed in at 231.4 pounds last night. That would be nearly 20 pounds lost since June 15, 2019. Eat a little less, do a little more, that's my weight loss plan.

It seems to be coming off my arms and legs first. My pants aren't too much looser than when I started. If and when I hit my goal of 225 pounds (10% of starting weight, 251 pounds) then I'll look at cranking things up a notch...probably look at getting a few sessions with a personal trainer and getting a workout plan customized for my physical limitations.

I just realized this was old thread.

Down 70 pounds in the last 11 months. more to go but I will get there.
