Not as bad as iodine but real close.
Remember going to school, 3rd grade I think, with that red stain all over a scratch....true symbol of manhood.

You tore open the top and poured it into a bowl of milk, or...push your spoon handle against the perforated lines along the front and added milk. Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran (d).

Frosted Flakes were the best. I loved those little boxes. Didn't get them very often, they were a treat.
