    I'm giving away ...

Katie, I did this about a year ago with my granddaughters. We went thru my whole sewing room and I only kept that which I knew that I would use and really liked. We passed on about half of my sewing and craft stuff to others. What a freeing feeling!!! ❤️❤️

Hello Everyone! I’m back!!! Katie, I just have three of the Farm blocks to do. I was on track and then got sidelined by health problems and limited use of my right arm. Maxine has been cheering me on and got me all excited about Elenor Burns latest QIAD BOM so I am going to get back in the...

Hi Katie! I still have to finish the last 3 blocks, then add some embellishments here and there and put it all together. I got waylaid day by my spinal problems and pinched nerves have prevented me from sewing. Seeing a neurosurgeon now though so can maybe get fixed back up! I love the squash...

When your own dog bites you

12 years ago I adopted a Mastiff /Pitt mix puppy that was 9 weeks old. A month later I took in an Australian Cattle Dog pup that a family got and then realized that they didn’t have the time to train her. Matilda, the Mastiff /Pitt mix, turned 12 in April and Sunny, the Australian Cattle Dog...

    Fun on the Farm Quiltalong

I finished the tractor block and all of the little tire pieces were a pain in the behind! I’m 3/4 done with the sheep. Going to work outside tomorrow so hope to get in my sewing room to finish it Friday. I still need to embellish some of my blocks but will then try to take pictures with my tablet.

That is really cute Katie! I have a cool garden veggie quilt pattern that I took out of a magazine years ago, planning to do it after I retired. It's in one of my quilt binders. I will have to get it out and look at it again. Thanks for reminding me! I WAS going to give the EB farm quilt to my...

    Crocheting Project ideas and patterns

Do you use a pattern Jackie or just make up your own? I think I’d like to make some for the play kitchen that I have here for the grandkids.

What are you sewing in and for your home ? .

Man Mo!!! You have WAY more patience than I do!!! I am not good at cutting squares that small either. I just can’t seem to get them as square as they should be. ☹️ With the PMR that I have my arm muscles would not hold out very long to cut that many!!! Be sure to take us a picture when you are...

Now that Spring is on it’s way maybe a daffodil? How about a barn cat with kittens? A lamb? Now that all of my holiday projects...
