Thanks for thinking of us. Work has been nuts right now and with both kids moving back, building (and fighting with the county) and our lack of sunshine (ie no solar power) we have been conserving fuel for our generators.

I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 advil at a time, 2 or 3 really does the same and it’s hell on your kidneys. 3 hour stagger is fine as long as you don’t exceed 4 mg Tylenol in a 24 hour period (4000 mg).

We are planning to insulate the outside with clear plastic and set up the buddy heater inside with the pilot light on. I may be dragging the coffee plant (and the lemon tree) in the RV though, hopefully it will be ok because we don't have a lot of room in here!

Frivolous purchase, but I believe in having some comforts, no reason to be miserable (there are worse things than death). Got a Hass avocado and cold hardy avocado tree (cross pollinators) and a coffee bean plant...we already hand grind our own coffee, might as well try our hand at growing it...

Now that we have permits, the culverts are going in. Foundation for Quonset hut is done and we are ready to put up the walls. Bobcat was down for a week so it set us back a bit. Culverts are overkill but it’s what the county wanted.

welcome! I lived in Northern CA for 30 years (did a brief stent in SoCal..the IE for college) moved out in 2007. It was terrible back then, can't imagine what its like living down there now. Hope you find a good place soon!

Nice, we upgraded batteries already and are doing much better, however they did run out with the storm the last 2 days. Fully charged today though. Was thinking of a turbine to at least get some juice on days like this.

Started in with a personal trainer 3 weeks ago. It's been killing me but I feel so much stronger. Upped my protein intake even more and started taking supplements. Getting swol 😄
