i bought 9 bags of coconut for 25 cents each. the best buy date is june 2019. since i have never bought this much at one time does any one have an idea how to store it besides freezing ? i don't use it much. hubby doesn't like coconut .but my kids do.

dollar general had christmas stuff priced at 25 cents each. we got 9 bags of coconut and 8 tablecloths and a whole bunch of crayons and coloring books for the great grandsons.
