beans

I know fruits and veggies are good. I've tried it with yogurt, too. But has anyone ever put beans in their fruit leather? Just wondered if it would mess with the texture too much?! Am I totally weird to think of this combo? ?

2 1/2 hours of shelling black beans for less than a 22oz cup worth. Not sure if I'm going to be growing these ever again. Hope they're good....
