kraut

Anyone else here like fermented cabbage??? Eating it straight from the crock is best, however, I canned most of it for low-maintenance storage. A couple months in the crock was worth the torment of my wife complaining of the smell. I happen to love the smell of kraut!.....or as my wife calls...
