1985 2 Ingredient Magic Cookies
(No flour, sugar, eggs, oil)

1 ripe banana mashed
1 cup quick oats

OR

1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup quick oats

Mix. Drop by spoonfuls and flatten with fingers (they don't spread)
Use parchment paper or silicone sheet.
Bake 350 for 12-15 mins.

*Notes* These are not sugary sweet cookies. The only sweet comes from the fruit.
I baked mine for 14 mins
They're chewy and you can taste the fruit.
I added 1 tsp of cinnamon, just because we like cinnamon.
Next time I make them, I plan on adding some kind of baking chips or dried fruit.
I'm trying to get more oats and fruit in my husband, so I made these.
I think these would be good for diabetics (maybe)

Rehydrate your dried fruit before adding it to your cookies. All the moisture is being used to hydrate the oats. Dried fruit, raisins etc., will draw moisture out of your recipe if not already rehydrated.

Well my husband went bonkers over them lol
He had 2-3 with his coffee in the morning.

I'm making another batch of just the banana ones without the cinnamon. This time I added some choc chips that were in the bottom of the bag (1/4-1/2 cup) leftover from something else I baked, and I needed to use them up. See how he likes them.
