This year I'll be ready to invest in the farm equipment. Having mountain land there will be the need to get to places that a tractor simply can't go. I visited someone that has the MH4900 and he really likes it for pulling logs up steep inclines for his sawmill. My questions are: Anyone here have one and if so, how has it held up? Would I be able to do anything with it that a tractor is needed for (plowing?). It does have a PTO but would tracks be a pain for pulling a plow? One argument I have with myself is that I can rent skid steers as needed and once I have the farm situated I really would not need something like a MH4900 if I get a mule for pulling the logs out of the hills when needed.

More and larger equipment is seldom if ever a mistake! Until it comes to maintenance time anyway. lmao
