Apparently, this is a Vibration Headache Treatment from the 1890's.

I know a few people who are headaches to me that could use this treatment...

I used it for a tooth ache when I was about 12. After 2 or 3 doses I saw my eyes in the mirror were the size of pin holes.
I choose to stick with a tooth ache. That scared the crap out of me.
