ive had a couple bouts of tendinitis and learned a tip how to help it
firt i had the type where the tops of my feet were in pain--- weird---but i learned it was the tendons on my shins. i learned from a physical therapist to take 2 of my finfers and rub cross wise against the grain for 50 times 2-3 times a day. its said to help the 'fibers heal'. i6t reallyhelped ALOT
so fast forward 9 months and i get tendonitis in my upper arm--real painful, cant sleep--etc, etc---
i start using the 2 finger rub to the upper arm 2-3 times a day and after 2 days it really made a difference in pain reduction.
maybe everyone already knowasthis, but i didnt and it really helped alot
so i try that remedy--take 2 fingers ad rub cross wise against the muscle that hurts--- 50 times, and do that 2-3 times a day and i see how it helps in a few days.l
