My daughter homeschooled in n.Ga but I think the laws are basically the same. I know setting it up 6 years ago was a little complicated.What do youwant to know?

I have only bought one house without a real estate lawyer on my side. They are less expensive than buying without one. They charge a lot less than an agent or broker and know what questions to ask and what the answers mean. Say what you will about lawyers but they have always saved me more money than they charge.
