When it was noted thgatv 46 of 47 arrested in a marijuana sting, all charges were dropped and the law will no longer be enforced.

Excerpt: "The Hennepin County Public Defender’s office determined that 46 of those arrested were black. All were charged as felonies. The extraordinary turnaround came after Hennepin County’s chief public defender contacted Mayor Jacob Frey to complain about what looked like blatant racial profiling. Frey then directed Chief Medaria Arradondo to stop the stings.

If the Liberals have their way, Law Enforcement will consist of just enforcing the parking rules. No traffic or actual crimes, just the parking because they don't see the race of the person who parked the vehicle.

Perhaps they could institute a fairer practice of arresting folks. Compile the arrest statistics for the past 10 years. Then, calculate the arrests per 100,000 residents. Say there is one felony per 19,000 residents of the city. The police can then go to a random city point and arrest every 19,000th person who passes that point. It would completely eliminate racial bias. They could do the same for misdemeanors, arrest random folks for pre-selected crimes. No profiling at all as it is completely random.

They could also help to eliminate violent crimes or gun related incidents. They could lower the number of arrests for selected crimes to show a downward trend.

The major lawsuit has not struck them yet, Some municipalities found out the hard way that a policy change IS NOT LAW! and if someone else is charged UNEQUALY that makes the lawsuit even better for the offended party
