Artificial Sweeteners

I am interested in which artificial sweeteners work best for all of you?

I know that some leave an after taste.

Also, some comes in a liquid, some in a powder form.

Do any of you have sleeplessness from artificial sweeteners?

I have stevia growing in a pot, and have grown it before. The one in the pot that I have now is really small, not even worth tasting a leaf yet. When it is grown and large enough to harvest, how would you use it? I am thinking a crushed leaf or two in a cup of tea? I don't use sweeteners usually in most of my beverages--coffee, tea, chai, but just wondering about it.

The pink stuff. Sweet and low but only in my iced tea.

I use sugar. It comes in brown or white. No artificial stuff here. I tried the stevia but there is an after taste I didn't like. Hubby likes the pink stuff.

That is what I use, but just a pound can last me a very long time now. I just avoid it, except on a rare occasion.

I use stevia in smoothies and for baking. Works fine for me.
