Does anyone have experience with this?

https://ion2g.app/
This looks to be pure radio and might be a great solution for some looking to be able to make long-distance contacts reliably outside of the conventional infrastructure.

My understanding is no internet connection is required. It's like a mil-spec JS8call as far as I can tell, but maybe with a store-and-forward (kinda like WinLink?). I gotta dig into it more but it looks like it could be really useful.

A software program (that's in the process of development) that tunes a HF radio to the most likely frequency for communication? And with so much potential the developers are willing to risk someone else's money to foot the development cost. How will the far end know what frequency the near end is using?

This gave me a better picture of what it is and how it works:

ION2g looks interesting in that it can hop bands and scan frequencies very quickly, and I may give it a try with my G90 at some point.
