Well this is new for me, longest my back has got better then gone out again.

Still doing exercises but it still keeps going out. So I'm adding these new exercises to the older ones in this link. Hope it works for me and anyone else who has this problem.

I fell down stair in college on my tail bone and it has affected my back ever since. When my back goes out, stretching and pulling my knees to my chest with variations of that.

Thanks Weedy, and I do the same thing with variations too. But this time it is taking longer to heal, I'll get better then it comes back. So I figured I'd add some of these that is not in my routine.
Slowly of course.
