What a big bright moon over Texas tonight! Got on the pool float after dark for a bit. Could see so much, hear so little! Watched wild hogs in the neighbors pasture, listened to three owls talking to each other, and tons of bats in the night sky! Coyotes in many different directions and distant dogs answering them. Could still see the night sky, a couple of meteors, even though the moon was so bright! Have to get up early tomorrow so I came inside, would have been interesting to stay out longer!!
