Ya'll are determined that i take a train ride to New orleans. It's been years since i've gotten shrimp or crawfish right off a boat. Used to ride the train to nola every month for work. Great food!

Been thinking about it for a while now. I'd like to spend a few days there again, midweek. Just eat my way across the city. So much good food... Round trip on the train is cheap, decent hotel, not! :(

Go between 7am and 10am. Talk to the deck hands
You do not belong in orleans around the docks. Inless you be strapped and ready to zap. Or of the type personality that can blend in, Practice your best head bob greeting and a non threatening. “Sup” , “sup brah”, when ingauged by the homeless asking for money respond with
**** brah, I was just fixing to ask you same **** (do not give him time to respond) I know you gots some paper Lemmie hold five real quick

Last of the crawfish

Approx. 2 cups pureed crawfish
2 eggs
Shot glass jalapeño juice
Salt pappah

Pat into patty
Dredge in flour

Fry. Oh my Dr loves this !!!
