The dash looks a lot like the dash I had on my 65 C10, I can see 3 pedals but no shifter, must be 3 on the tree.....

Reminds me of a buddy when he first got married. They bought a white couch and matching chair. His wife was still pregnant with the 2nd child when they put the white couch on the curb. It didn't last long!
