Chest freezers

We have use a mix of dried, canned, and frozen... But with things the way things are going we are now focusing on how we can move as much as possible from the freezer to canned meals and food... My concern is the amount of power needed to keep all the freezers going for enough time to eat them down... I just can't eat that fast.
