Hubby about took over my kitchen when he got injured and he makes great cookies. He puts lots of choc chips,walnuts,peanuts in them.
I like mine thin and crunchy so he doesn't cool the dough.
I don't normally have the space in my fridge for cookie dough. My cookies are usually soft and chewy. The secret is not over baking them.
I will sometimes put sourdough bread in the fridge over night to give it more tang which is a better alternative than adding vinegar like the local bakery does. (yuck!)
