Good read, but these are well know by most.
I was hoping for a new or very old ingredient.
I take 1000 mg of cinnamon a week, garlic daily, turmeric & ginger once a week.
Lemon & water few times a week.
I have read that cream of tarter works as an antihistamine. Baking soda for bee stings and to make one's body more alkaline. It is an ingredient in my toothpaste and deodorant (in the winter). Doesn't work real well in the summer. LOL
A morning elixir my husband drinks consists of 1/3 c. Water, 1/3 cup juice, 1/3 c. Apple cider vinegar (with the "mother"), 1 TBLSP. molasses, 1/16-1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper.
