Dick Proenneke - One Man’s Alaska - new enhanced version

The below is an enhanced version of One Man’s Alaska chronicling the life of Dick Proenneke whose story I credit with inspiring me as a child when I learned about him as a Boy Scout in the early 1970s. The enhanced version has a few extra features which add to the video. I will never forget visiting his place with my wife, sitting in his cabin, hiking to the peaks above his cabin, fishing in his stream catching grayling, and camping nearby. Very special place that looks exactly the same as it did when he filmed the below thanks to the influence he had that made this so.

Wow, I remember watching about him when I was a young teenager, one of the many things that turned me towards the whole homesteading lifestyle
