Eastern Daisy fleabane - Erigeron annuus is blooming today… The leaves of the young plants are edible. It’s usually used as a potherb. It has medicinal properties very similar to it’s cousin, Canadian fleabane - Erigeron canadensis. However, Canadian fleabane is traditionally used in herbal medicine.
