Yum! You forgot guacamole!

At our house making fajitas is a 2 hour family event. Fresh homemade pico, fresh hand smashed guacamole, homemade black beans, and chopped cilantro everywhere. Then we start grilling steaks and chicken breasts that have been marinating for 24 hours in garlic, lime, cumin, and chili powder while another persons sautes bell peppers, pablanos, jalapenos, and onions in cayenne infused olive oil. Momma even makes tortillas.
