Im a terrible cook, my idea of cooking is bannock, bacon and beans.

I am trying to learn more. Came across frattitas. Seems to be a flat egg omlette.

Eggs cook fast, do the vegtables need to be pre cooked before making the frattita?

Any thoughts on frattita in general?

I always pre cook my veggies. I like making breakfast scrambles, same thing just scrambled. Usually saute onion, bell peppers, broccoli, celery, diced potatoes. Throne add however many eggs I want that have been lightly beat with one teaspoon of milk per egg. Fun, fast, add what you want! I've even throw in leftover taco meat or chicken😋

I think fritters are more of a pancake dough filled with vegtables or fruit. Like a corn fritter, apple fritter, onion fritter.

A frittata is made from eggs rather than dough/batter. Frittata might be Italian.
