My lemon tree pulled out of it and is doing pretty well though.

I wanted to get other things planted and into the greenhouse but since I go out of town to work and am not home every night, I couldn’t. Don’t trust the family to take care of things while I’m gone. Hubby tries to remember but mostly forgets.

I have had fog tree/ small three year cutting die back to the ground & sprout at the ground level from the root bag.
So if yo keep the plant soil damp, you may get the plant in Spring.

I just went out and closed up the raised bed tops, it has been raining and warm (high 40s) so I had everything open to give the plants a drink.
I figured I would finish out the year with some spinach pictures.

Here are some baby spinach, young lettuce and green onions.

Here are some spinach that have been harvested once.

These raised beds have seen a couple of nights into the low 20s and the plants are still progressing. I also have some carrots, celery, and beets growing out there; all things considering this almost qualifies as year round gardening.

The indoor garden has lots of herbs, a couple of tomato plants, a cucumber plant in bloom and lettuces growing, but indoor gardening doesn't count a year round....

I feel blessed to be closing out the year with plants still growing.
