I just told my wife that even tho we are cutting back on calories it's Thanksgiving and I am going to eat whatever I desire.
I have lost 40 pounds in the last 3 months and 1 day is not going to put those pounds back on.
Friday we can go back to the gym and watch what we eat, but tomorrow I will have pecan pie and maybe even a slice of chocolate pie after dinner.
