I love a healthy breakfast too. My normal breakfast always includes 2 or 3 types of pork (sausage, link and or patty and bacon) eggs, hashbrowns and toast. Once or twice a week I have a ham, jalapeno and cheese omelet and every couple of weeks it's biscuits and gravy with a couple eggs. It's time for breakfast right now.

I don't do breakfast much anymore, but one of my fave healthy ones (and a great way to use up old bananas) are banana waffles. Mix 2 bananas & 4 eggs up. Cook in waffle maker or on the griddle. Top with whatever you want (my go-to's are peanut butter and honey or good ol' butter and maple syrup).
