how much milk replacer to feed bottle hairsheep lambs

I am bottle feeding three st croix lambs at 3 weeks old now and i am unsure how much milk replacer to give at one feeding ...one lil female is small and her brother is a good deal larger and another male is larger yet ...I am wanting to be sure i am feeing the correctly. the lamb milk replacer is by land O lakes Ultra the bag instructions are saying feed too much i feel at 4 days to 4 weeks give 8 oz three times a day.
