Look behind you in that dark corner.
Spray a paper bowl with butter flavored PAM or generic equivalent.
add 1-3 eggs and gently pop the yolks with a knife.
add a splash of water gently.
cover with a paper towel.
Depending on your microwave, cooking them can take three to five minutes.

I throw in some shredded cheese to my eggs and scramble. every 30seconds I pull the cooked egg from the edge toward the middle of the bowl, till it reaches the doneness I desire.

Update with method two, you need an old Tupperware style container with a lid.
In a three cup size/sandwich size box, spray with PAM.
Pour in your omelet mix.
Pop a pinhole in the lid and place it on the box.
Zap it 3-5 minutes.
add cheese and bacon.

Fun with microwaves! Any failed egg experiments you want to share?

A duck egg I didn't poke hard enough, it popped like a penny firecracker and made a huge mess!

While we're on eggs, ever poach eggs on top of rice? yummy breakfast!

I knew there had to be an eggsplosion in your trials!! Please elaborate on the poached egg over rice!

Ah, boil up some rice, when its ready to take off to let sit, put it a bout a half inch of water and bring back to a full boil.
stir briskly and add ham chunks or crushed bacon now.
add an egg for each cup of rice and continue to boil one minute.
cover and let sit ten minutes, the eggs should poach perfectly. its a bit tricky in a microwave but it can be done. :)
