This is my recipe, it is not copied from anyone else
fajita taco.jpeg
Rather simple. dice 1 cup each of the veggies
toss them into a skillet with the meat and seasonings
add about a 1/4 cup water
cover and cook on medium heat till veggies are tender
wrap your flour tortillas in a dish rag and microwave for 30 seconds

Here's mine......cut chicken breast and beef cube steak into thin strips, cook with a little canola oil and taco seasoning. Cut peppers and onions into strips, saute in canola oil. Serve in warm tortillas with grated cheese, green chili's, avacado, and what ever else looks good!!
you cook like I do, I open the fridge and what is inside is what gets used

I don’t have them often enough! I love making them as much as I do eating them. Fresh cilantro is a must for the wife and me. I add beer to the little bit of olive oil and garlic and using a mix of beer when grilling the peppers and onions. Moose meat works well, and I have had success with using salmon and halibut. But I also love the traditional meats.

Shrimp fajitas is a favorite of mine. I got them at a new Mexican place an hour or so from here. They hollowed half a pineapple and loaded it up to serve. Pineapple gave them an amazing flavor
my favorite is oyster po boys

We eat fajitas a lot it is the most food for the dollar at most TEX-MEX.
