I found one of the receipts from my extreme couponing days, Walmart. It's too faded, wrinkled and LONG to take a photo, but I can make out $138.04 before coupons, $55.79 after. I *think* the date is 10/16/11. Walmart is where I saved the least. Albertsons is where I could get $100 worth of groceries for under $5. CVS and Walgreens is where I would walk out paying nothing, or maybe a few pennies. Those were interesting days.

Yes they were. I would coupon like crazy, and get things very cheap or almost free. Especially loved it when it was free, or credited off my other purchases. I did my best at a store called Albertsons in Albuquerque, second best at the Kroger Store. Coupons came in the mail, and I had a PO Box, and people would throw their coupon packets on the counter for anyone to take. And the Sunday papers.
