This recipe sounds so good....corn cob jelly, but check out the flavor of Cherry Vanilla

Use corn cob jelly recipe 1/4 cup candied cherries and 4 tsp real vanilla and add a extra cup sugar

Corn Cob Jelly
Ingredients
12 ears corn
4 cups water
1 box powder fruit pectin
4 cups sugar
Directions
1. Cut corn from cob and reserve for another recipe.
2. In large pot, bring water and cobs to a boil. Boil 10 minutes.
3. Remove and discard cobs and strain liquid through cheese cloth. (Should measure 3 cups. Add additional water if necessary.)
4. Return water to pot and stir in pectin. Bring to full rolling boil.
5. Add sugar and bring back to boil. Boil 1 minute.
6. Remove from heat and skim foam.
7. Pour into jars and process 10 minutes in water bath.
