A buddy and I were in France. About lunch we saw a cafeteria style restaurant and thought it a wise choice. One of the meats they had were thin slices covered in gravy that were great. It sort of looked like sliced turkey but tasted like beef and had little bumps on the skin around the edge. Neither of us knew what it was but wrote down the name that was on the serving line.

Later in an english/french dict, Cows tongue! First time for everything! I’d eat it again prepared that way, it tasted great.

1. “Do anything terrifying yet today? YIKERS!!!! There's nuts, and then there’s nutty nuts.” (3:54 video, attached) – Thanks to Rick from PA.

2. “Trials (race car time trials) Tickets” - Thanks to Dave from London:

A great offer, if anyone can take it up. Let me know!!!

This may be of interest to some of you. A friend of mine has two tickets in
a corporate box for the final Test in Auckland on 8th July. He paid
$1000 each, [incl food& beverage] but he didn't realize when he bought them
months ago, that it was going to be the same day as his wedding.

If you are interested, he is looking for someone to take his place!

It's at the All Saints Church, Palmerston Nth 2.30pm, Sat July 8th. The
bride's name is Nicole -- she's 5'8", about 9 stone (57 Kg), quite pretty,
has her own income, and is a really good cook!
