Keeping rabbit water flowing in winter

IDK. but just above freezing seems to be best, as the greater the diff between ambient air temp. and water temp. would hasten the heat loss, and up the power usage.
 
I raised meat rabbits when living in MI, and believe me, the winters there are harsh. I used to keep a tub of water in the bunny barn with a tank de-icer in it. Having two water bottles per cage, I'd put the frozen ones in the tub, and replace the thawed ones on each cage. This worked well for me.
