Rinse 1 can of sardines in light oil in hot water after draining them best you can and empty the contents into a hot frying pan with 1/4 tablespoon of butter and lightly brown.
Add 3 well beaten eggs, a pinch of sea salt, black pepper and basil.
Serve with hot sauce and or ketchup.
