Leather Dice Bag Prototype

I saw a dice bag that looked like a D20 die on one of those overseas web sites.
Not wanting to support the communists, I figured I'd make my own version.
I plan to make a few as gifts to my gaming friends and family, but I'll use a thicker leather since the thin stuff I used for the prototype curls with the stitch holes and number stamps.

In the automotive/ hardware dept in Wally World. ( in my store) alone the outside wall. You can find some stuff that is liquid electrical tape, a small can of around 4/6 ox is about 5 bucks
Paint the back side of your thin leather with it and it will not curl

If I have time I am going to make one of these, looks like a fun build

I've started on another using a 5-6 oz leather (previous was 1-2 oz.).

Should have some time this weekend to do more work on it...

I have some 8oz coming in today
I am going to try it with that
Thinking about adding a hinge and giving it to the wife to put jewelry in.

Here is a better image

Used a small paint brush to paint with
Fiebings. Neutral resolene
After it dried
Used eco-flo saddle tan antique gel
Then after that dried
Fiebings. Tan-kote

Yup.
I'm going to use Fiebings Antique Saddle Tan on one and Mahogany on another.

I need to see about getting some blue and/or purple dye for another couple I'm making as gifts...
