Lol, Patchouli! :)
As you saw, they're blow-up solar lights. I learned about them from an RV forum and I have two. One hanging in my walk-in closet (tornado safe space) and one in my camping gear bag (bug out backpack). I bought both at our local Walmart Supercenter. Satisfied and they were on sale, I think $9.00 ea.
This pic is from Walmart, not mine, lol. There's two Luci lights in the pic...

LOL. yeah, right?
Those are really cool lights, though.
I think it is a great idea to buy prep items for birthdays, holidays, etc. That is on my list!
(You said Lucy Lights and I was picturing something Lucy Ricardo would use/invent).

You crack me up :) and you're so smart.

I was thinking since some RVers use Luci lights to light up their campers at night... I could light up my whole house, lol. But, then I realized, the LED's I have don't cost a lot to use, lol. The one Luci in my walk-in closet does light up my entire closet. Plus, if I have a power outage, I don't have to worry about candles or batteries for my flashlight.

I do think they're really cool and they would make a great gift. Good idea.
