Looking for a good kale soup recipe.

Who has a good basic kale soup recipe. Soo much kale in the garden right now.

Not straight up kale soup, but vegetable soup with an abundance of kale, or beef soup with kale. Use chicken broth.
How about instead of spinach quiche, kale quiche? Use kale instead of lettuce in your salad.
Smoothies with carrots and kale.
Getting weird on ya now.

Most of the time I steam it, or boil it on low boil, for about 20 minutes. I know, most vegetables totally disintegrate when cooked that long, but it makes it easier to chew and digest. I used to add butter to it, but I don't partake of butter anymore.

Instead of cabbage rolls, I use kale.
Same thing when I make cabbage roll soup.

I can't say that I don't like it at all. But maybe I don't. I don't grow it, I don't buy it, I don't eat it.

It is one of the cheaper priced vegetables in the stores, one good thing.
