Chichen Noodle Soup on a rainy day is magic. I think it may have hidden medical benefits.

Live culture yogurt, fresh greens, honey, boiled fresh grains, peppers, Sorghum, red meat,
lemons/limes.

I can't count the times I got sick overeating Sulfur molasses tonic cookies!
One big one is all you need, I'd grab a stack of them. LOL

Chicken soup has been recommended for a long time as the thing to eat when you are not feeling well. I think it might be the broth, made from bones, where the marrow is known to produce healing properties. No chicken bones or carcass should ever be thrown away unless or until it is cooked into a batch of bone broth.

A cup of oatmeal with milk. Mix in one egg and microwave for a couple of minutes. Add honey and raisins. One of my favorite breakfasts.

Honey was known as Viking chicken soup.
