Yep, that's us

New Orleans is the only 'blue-spot' in our red state.
We don't have rampant crime down here because bad-guys know we'll choot'em.
State law rules down here. If someone threatens you, drop'em where they stand.

Louisiana does NOT require a firearm license to own a firearm. If you can legally own that firearm you can also legally transport it in your vehicle. Period.

IDK about the other states, but here in WA, OC is allowed without permit, but NOT while in a vehicle. Firearm must be unloaded and stored in the vehicle unless you have a WA or other state recognized CCP licence (WA is a shall issue state).
