ive heard ofusing zinc oxide as a deoderant this is the first ive heard of using plain old fashioned milk of magnesia. cheaper and probably alot safer than regular stuff. interesting anyway

Ok, ya' got me!
I just had to look, and yes they are serious about this.
Now I'm not wealthy, but I got 3 bux .
One of these lasts me for over a year:

Would milk of magnesia work?
Absolutely.
It did decades ago.

Have I evolved past the 1960's?
Absolutely!

DH isn't very active, but uses cornstarch for deodorant. Works well.

Plant you can use as deodorant. Or eat. Just don't use it as deodorant and then eat.

I'm with @Supervisor42 one bottle of Ban deodorant last me a bout a year and cost $3.
If there was a shtf situation stinking would be way down on my list of worries.
I have also read hand sanitizer works well as a deodorant.
