This is arguably the healthiest plant on Earth:

I actually grow my own, and these trees (posted at the bottom. The trees look bad because they were covered in snow on Friday) were grown from seeds planted last April (8 months ago). You can grow them in the ground if you live where the ground doesn't freeze, and if up North, in large pots. I did NOT dig a planting hole anywhere near 3 feet deep...my planting hole was around 6" deep:

I harvested fresh leaves off them all summer, which I added to my smoothies, salads, and stir fry's. I would also strip and eat a handful of fresh leaves off the tree (they are about the size of a dime) most every day in the summer. They taste much like arugula, a bit peppery. took a minute but I got used to them. It was like taking an extremely fresh multi vitamin... I also harvested and dried out a bunch of leaves last month that I ground up into powder and will use over the winter.
You can also buy Moringa powder, which you can add to stew, soup, smoothies, etc., from many sources on the inter web. One of the best sources I found is here:

Bottom line, if you are looking to improve your health in a natural way (which is the BEST way), think about adding moringa to your daily diet...
