Mashed potatoes, salad oh and two states that can't make gravy. You could guess on all of these and still come out with something edible.
 
My son and DIL can successfully pull off a complete and wonderful Thanksgiving meal on their own. They had some help the first year they were hosting, but they're good on their own from here on out.

Honestly, if you enjoy a meal but you can't cook it for yourself, what the heck good are you? This isn't rocket surgery.

Now, if you struggle with opening a can, you should probably adjust your species level to "squirrel".
 
BSA & GSA need merit badges in non- electric & hand operated tools!
Fifty years from now who will live with out electric, if SHTF & no one can grow food or open cans.
Will all cans have pull tops or will everything be in sealed plastic bags!
Millennials are forty now, what about gen X & Y or Z, Gen A are in grade school, now.
 
I showed that to Hubby. He said "Oh great and she can reproduce. That's a tool designed to do nothing else but to open a can. Try opening it with a tool not designed to open a can."
