They are mostly plywood cut-outs of the shape of my upper body. The plywood is salvaged from old buildings. I pad it with salvaged carpet and carpet padding, then dress them in my ratty old rotten clothing. Add an old baseball type hat, or construction hard hat, or old snowmachine helmet. Plant him next to a tree, at the right height. Maybe leaning one shoulder against the tree. I have some Styrofoam manikins also. broom handle for a gun barrel. Maybe I need some simulated Rocket Propelled Grenade Launchers, 4" PVC sch 40 pipe. Like I say, they are dumber then a board, but they work 24/7/365

I have made tond of stuff out of Styrofoam for VBS projects that were very realistic. . . Trees, fireplace, stone steps and even a life size old fashioned wagon the pioneers crossed the Country in.
