[Heartbroken]

Hello from the middle of Michigan, where the deer are fat and the land is flat. Been into homesteading and self-sufficiency for quite a while, was very active in the old Backwoods Home Magazine forum community back before they took it down. Recently widowed, hence the name. Last year my husband built a greenhouse for me and we invested in an All American canner and put up a lot of veggies. So now I'm trying to carry on what we had going and looking for places where I can interact with other folks who prefer the homestead life style.
